Non-Refundable Deposit & order cancellation

Cancellation of pre-ordered product(s): the deposit made is NON-REFUNDABLE, you cannot transfer it to another order or get a store credit. YOU LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. We will do our best to accommodate you with reasonable payment plans. We encourage customers, when pre-ordering, to get on a payment plan. Therefore, when products arrive, they are most likely paid in full. Once the product is in stock, the balance should be paid within a maximum of 6 months with a minimum monthly payment of 20% of the remaining balance.

Cancellation of product(s) set aside: The deposit made is NON-REFUNDABLE, you cannot transfer it to another order or get a store credit. YOU LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, you cannot transfer it or get a store credit. You have 30 days to pick it up and pay it in full otherwise the sale will be cancelled, you will lose your deposit. This is final. It is your responsibility to manage the 30 days.
